Snapchat questions
Why can't I use Snapchat's data download?
It only contains messages that were explicitly saved in the chat. For most conversations that means almost nothing, so pasting is nearly always better.
Can I get back messages that already disappeared?
No. Once Snapchat deletes a message it is gone — not recoverable by us, by you, or by any tool claiming otherwise.
Is a short conversation still worth analysing?
It needs at least 10 messages. Below a few dozen, treat the result as a first impression rather than a conclusion.
Do streaks tell you anything?
Not on their own. A streak measures habit, not closeness — plenty of streaks outlive the friendship that started them.
