ChatMend is an application that uses artificial intelligence to analyze text message communication patterns and provide educational insights about relationship dynamics, including attachment style analysis, communication health scores, and relationship pattern identification.
2. Not Professional Advice
The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
ChatMend does NOT provide:
- Medical advice or diagnosis
- Psychological or psychiatric counseling
- Legal advice
- Professional therapy or treatment
Results generated by the Service are based on AI analysis of text messages and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or misinterpretations. AI analysis cannot account for the full context of any relationship.
You should NOT rely solely on the Service's output to make decisions about your relationships, mental health, or personal safety. We strongly encourage you to consult with a licensed mental health professional for personalized guidance.

4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service to harass, stalk, or monitor another person without their knowledge
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law
- Distribute, sell, or commercially exploit the Service's analysis results
6. User Accounts
You may create an account to access features such as analysis history synchronization. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ChatMend and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy or reliability of results.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any analysis or information provided by the Service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall ChatMend be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, or goodwill, emotional distress, personal injury, or property damage, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ChatMend from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
