Do I have to subscribe?
No. The Complete Report is a one-time purchase for one conversation, with nothing to cancel. Monthly exists only because some people have several conversations to read, and it is cheaper than buying them one at a time.
Does the free tier read less of my conversation?
No. Both tiers read the whole thing. The free Snapshot shows you the headline read; the Complete Report shows the full analysis behind it. We do not sell a less accurate answer at a lower price.
Who is the Monthly plan for?
Anyone with more than one conversation to read — a past relationship and a current one, a partner and a parent, or the same relationship revisited months apart. It is not a professional tier and you do not need a reason to pick it.
What happens if I run the same conversation twice?
You get the same result. Analyses are keyed to the conversation itself, so re-running it returns the reading you already have rather than a fresh interpretation.
Do you keep my messages?
No. Your conversation is processed to produce the analysis and is not stored permanently on our servers or written to our logs. See the privacy policy for the specifics.
