How accurate is the AI analysis?
ChatMend uses large language models trained on vast psychological and conversational data. Accuracy is generally high for pattern detection, but AI can misread context. Treat results as a mirror, not a verdict.
Is my data private?
Your conversation text is sent to our secure Firebase server only during analysis and is not stored permanently after processing. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
Can ChatMend replace therapy?
No. ChatMend is an informational reflection tool. It is not a substitute for licensed mental health care.
Why do more messages improve accuracy?
More messages give the AI more behavioral samples. Under 200 messages gives basic insight. 500+ enables high-accuracy pattern detection.
What does the health score mean?
The A-F grade is a quick composite based on detected risks, strengths, and tone. An 'F' signals areas worth examining, not a relationship death sentence.
What is the Q&A feature?
After an analysis, you can ask up to 5 follow-up questions. The AI uses your full result as context, so answers are specific to your conversation.
